Ryan and his wife Paola Guerrero-Smith embarked on a venture in 2016, when they opened Milonga Room in the basement of Buenos Aires Café. Ryan's passion for cocktails prompted the idea, and they started small. However, his dedication and attention to detail have helped the bar grow exponentially, making it one of the most popular destinations in Austin.

Currently, Ryan is devoted to maintaining the establishment's success and occasionally showcases his personal assortment of Amari and expertly crafted cocktails.
